Alvena is very Knowledgeable. Just made my sale of my parents house as simple and quickly as possible. I was in good hands And now in less than a year later, Alvena helped sell my house. There were several challenging Contingencies and Alvena helped us to negotiate them. Very knowledgeable .So now we're off to our new home in Washington. Thank you so much from both of us!

Wow!! Alvena is more than a realtor, and more like family when it comes to finding a home.
